TO EXCHANGE PLEASE FOLLOW THESE EASY STEPS

  • To lodge a return for a store credit please email us here
  • We accept exchanges for change of mind, size changes and style changes in exchange for a store credit or exchange of item/colour/size. 
    We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged and we can not replace the item.
  • All items in our SALE section are final sale, they can not be returned or exchnaged.
  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and hygiene liner still attached (IF APPLICABLE), no odours (including perfumes). If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense.
  • Please note that it is your (the customer’s responsibility) to pay for all shipping costs when returning their item/s. Once your return has been via email you will recieve a RA NUMBER
  • Please allow up to 3 business days from when your return is received at our warehouse for your store credit to be issued. SALT AND RIPPLE is not responsible for any lost or damage items when returning.
  • If you purchase your item during a storewide discount or sales promotion period and would like to return your item unless stated that the sale is final via email, on the website or socials, we will provide you with a store credit of the amount paid at the time of purchase. If an item is purchased during a sale promotion period and is returned for a credit, any replacement items will need to be re-purchased at the value they are listed for on our site at the time of re-purchase.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 14 days.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will be returned to customer at customers cost.

Please note: Salt and Ripple is not held responsible for shipping and handling costs to return the item.
If the item does not reach us or you safely, Salt and Ripple will not be held responsible. Please contact Australia post or your postal service that you used to ship the items back to us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like any item on sale or any worn/everyday wear items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have with approved RA NUMBER, once the return is accepted by our team and invoice for return shipping is issued.
Please note, we do not offer refunds, with the exception of manufacturing fault. 
We offer Store credits or exchanges. 

Please note all returning shipping costs are the responsiblity of the customer

Refunds 
Due to our store processes we can not issue refunds based on change of mind, known fault (imperfectly perfect items) or incorrect delivery address given by the customer (you).

We are happy to issue you with a store credit that will have an expiry of 3 years.
By purchasing and checking out you are accepting these terms and conditions automatically. 

If the result in which we can not replace the faulty item or issue store credit we can offer a refund less a $15 restocking fee + (please note - all shipping fees and costs are non refundable and final) 

If in the result of an order being returned to us due to incorrect address or RTS because of not being collected we are able to reship to an alternate address or the same address at consumers cost, we are not obliged to issue refunds to items RTS or delivered to a incorrect or not registered address. 

Result Of Oversold Items
In the rare outcome of an item not being in stock (website has oversold an item) we can offer a different style, store credit or in some cases refund less fees occurred during transaction. 
Third party fees such as Afterpay, Latitude Pay and Klarna occur a fee along with a 2% fee via Shopify.
Your refunded amount will be less the fees

Cancelling orders  
As this falls under change of mind we are unfortunately unable to refund based on a cancelled order. Although We can issue you a store credit
