Shipping policy

Orders will be dispatched same business day before 1pm*

All shipments will be sent via Australia Post (Domestic and International) and for international Australia Post (Tracked) or  DHL(International) 

PRE-ORDERS 
If a customer purchases both in-stock items and pre-order items, they will be shipped together once everything is in stock. However, if the customer wants to ship the in-stock items separately, they will be invoiced for the additional shipping costs.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We have 2 options when it comes to international shipping (Standard and Express) Australia Post and/or DHL
New Zealand has Australia Post both Standard and Express

SOD - Sign on Delivery (this avoids stolen of missing parcels within your country as you the receiver have to sign for it)
If in the result of a missing parcel and you have selected SOD but the postal service didn't collect your parcel this protects your goods and the recovery process. 

NO SOD (no sign on delivery)
Unfortunately if you select this option and your parcel gets stolen or goes missing from your premises we can not offer a refund or store credit to you as the postal service is notified to leave the parcel without signature.

Once goods are handed to our postal partners we no longer have any control over them, although we will do our best to help you if on the very rare occasion that something does happen to your order in transit. 

DUTIES AND TAXES
Prior to placing your order, kindly take note of any potential fees that your local customs office may impose. Please be aware that these fees are separate from the general shipping fee.
It is your responsibility to make the necessary payment & be informed about any taxes or duties that may be applicable to your purchase. 
Salt and Ripple cannot be held accountable for any charges incurred in this regard.

If on the rare occasion something does happen please contact us via email 
Hello@saltandripple.com.au and include the following

  • Order Number 
  • Full Name or Name attached to the order
  • Tracking Number

Once we have received all the information we can advise what we can do moving forward for you!

*Please note - process and packing orders can be delayed up to 15 business days when a new collection launches, rare restock or sale takes place.
This gives us lead way to keep packing around the clock but also get your orders out to you in a timely fashion.
